First you would need to sign up then. When you do that you can start seaching for friends then andd them as a friend so that then they can appear on your top friends. Also when you get a new friend you can send them comment, message them and view their profile that is decorated by that person. Next you can also recieve messages from them aswell and communicate back and forth. And you can also change your screen name, background and many other things also.
